Our mission is to provide internal and
external customers with quality technical
training that will provide the technical
skills and knowledge to install, maintain
and administer the Aastra Intecom products.
Aastra Intecom training programs offer:
- A hands-on environment that encourages learning new skills.
- Instructors who understand that each student learns at his or her own pace.
- A curriculum designed to provide the elements for on-the-job success.
- Blended learning modalities that provide
the student with different ways to learn.

Distance eLearning
Aastra Intecom technical training has numerous Computer
Based Training (CBT), Web Based Training ( WBT) and/or Web Video Training (WVT) programs now available with other WBT
courses currently in development.
Several of the CBT/WBT/WVTs are stand-alone
training, while others provide the prerequisites needed to attend
instructor-led classes. CBTs and WBTs allow training to be available 24/7.
The Training Center is designed to
provide an optimum learning environment
for our students. The three large classrooms
are equipped with ergonomically designed
chairs and tables, as well as flat screen
monitors.

Registration,
Confirmation, and Cancellation
All
students must complete the registration
form and submit payment authorization
information for registration to be complete. Walk-in
students are not accepted. Aastra
Intecom cannot guarantee student enrollment
until payment or a purchase order number
is received. A confirmation email is sent
to verify
registration. Class enrollment is confirmed
by receipt of the confirmation email. If
a course is canceled, we make every effort
to notify students a minimum of 10 - 14
working days prior to the scheduled starting
date. Aastra Intecom is not
responsible for any charges associated
with travel arrangements required to attend
training classes. |
