- Configure commonly used call-features
- Configure IP telephones for operation and configuration
- Provision an operator
- Configure ISDN trunking and routing
- Blocking of specific dialed numbers
- Backup and Restore procedures

This course is designed to teach MX-ONE Compact telephony system provisioning. It covers an overview of the MX-ONE system and its components, and teaches
administrators the skills needed manage users, telephony devices and routing. This course additionally contains an overview of system installation.
The course also covers configuration of common call features.
