This course is designed to teach A700 technicians and administrators the skills needed to:
- Understand the component parts and configuration of the MX-ONE Compact system
- Install and perform initial configuration of an MX-ONE Compact system
- Add and configure users and extensions
- Add and configure voice-mail boxes
- Configure commonly used call-features
- Configure IP/SIP telephones for operation and configuration
- Provision an operator
- Configure ISDN trunking and routing
- Initial configuration and testing of the Solidus eCare Lite call center application
- Perform basic configuration and testing of the OneBox voice mail system
- Backup procedures
- Maintenance procedures

This course is designed to teach the installation, initial configuration, and basic provisioning of the Aastra MX-ONE Compact telephony system. It includes an
overview of the component parts of the MX-ONE Compact system as well as hands-on experience in turn up, functional testing, and basic provisioning of a
system. The course also includes a basic introduction to the configuration and use of the OneBox voice mail application and the Solidus eCare Lite
call center application.
