At the end of this course, the student will have watched a presentation that:
- Defined Unified Messaging
- Demonstrated how to use a telephone to listen to voice mail, email and faxes
- Demonstrated how to access their voice mailbox, record customized greetings and manage messages
- Defined the capabilities of: Redirecting calls to voice mail, integrated E-mail messaging, Phone message retrieval, Integrated voice portal and auto

- Define common features used on the phones, such as; Callers List, Directory, Forward, Do Not Disturb, Speed Dial, Voice Mail, Call Pull and more
- Demonstrates how Microsoft Outlook is used in the Unified Messaging platform
- Demonstrates step by step how to access and use the Web Portal

| Course Contents |
This WVT will introduce students to the terminology used in the Clearspan Unified Messaging Platform.
This course takes a step-by-step approach showing users how to access their voice mailbox, record custom greetings and how their phones, emails and faxes
can be integrated. Students will see a variety of ways to retrieve and manage messages. This course will go over and explain many common features used on
the Clearspan phones. Students will watch a demonstration of how Microsoft Outlook is used in the Unified Messaging platform. The final topic will take
users on a tour of the Web Portal and will demonstrate how to use this powerful tool.
