At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify the upper and lower Toolbar areas
- Find and configure the Call Options area
- Login and Logout of the Assistant Toolbar
- Configure the Options dialog areas such as; Account Connection, Dialing Rules, Outlook integration, LDAP, Webscreen, and Updates
- Configure the Services Dialog box:
- Incoming Call options such as; anonymous Call Rejection, Call Forwarding Always, Call Forwarding No Answer, Call Forwarding Busy, Do Not
Disturb, CommPilot Express profiles, External and Internal Calling, and Simultaneous Ringing
- Configure Outgoing Calls options
- Configure Call Control options such as; Anywhere, Call waiting and Remote Office
- Configure Messaging options
- Manage and configure directories
- Use Search Window
- Use Clearspan Weblinks
- Use the Dial Number Dialog box,
- Use the following Call Control icons; Answer Call, End Call, Call Hold, Voicemail, Conference and Call Transfer
- Use the Click-to-Dial feature from an email message or a Web Page

| Course Contents |
This WVT introduces students to the terminology, concepts, setup, and use of the Clearspan Assistant
Toolbar. The contents provide a step-by-step approach, covering each area of the Toolbar, its options and functions. Throughout the WVT are animated
lessons describing how Clearspan components and software work together to process various call examples (e.g., internal, external, incoming, etc.).
