| Objectives |
At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Use and view the status of callers in the Switchboard panel
- Use and view the status of callers in the Queue panel
- View the status of all users in the Contact Directory panel. They will also learn how to Select or Sort users based upon status, name or phone number.
The functionality of additional tabs (e.g. Personal Directory, Speed Dials, Outlook Directory and Monitored contact) are covered.
- Use the Alphabetical Index
- Use the Options panel to dial a user’s extension, Mobile number, send a call to their Voice Mail, send a message, send a caller to the Queue or
manually dial a number.
- Use the Control panel for various call states; Dial, Hold/Unhold, Camp-on, Transfer, Conference and End a Call

| Course Contents |
This WVT introduces Receptionists and Call Attendants to the terminology, concepts, setup, and use of
the Clearspan Receptionist software. The contents provide a step-by-step approach, covering each panel, its options and functions.
