At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify and describe common Clearspan network components
- Identify call flow and the function of the Clearspan components
- Describe the Aastra SIP Phone registration process
- Provision Enterprises, Groups, and Users in the Clearspan system
- Describe Clearspan Group and User services
- Assign user services to SIP phones
- Describe the voice-mail provisioning configuration
- Use Clearspan Utilities to bulk provision users and voice-mail configurations

| Course Contents |
| The Clearspan Administration course provides students with a basic understanding of Clearspan, Clearspan
SIP end-point devices, and Clearspan Services (features). This course is designed for Move, Add, and Change (MAC) provisioning technicians, or
other personnel performing daily MAC activity. The course includes a description of the SIP Phone registration process as well as the configuration
of Enterprises, Groups, Departments, and Users. The course additionally includes demonstrations of using the Bulk Provisioning utilities to
bulk-add users to the network.
