- Describe the primary Clearspan components and their general roles
- Describe the SIP telephone registration process and the components involved
- Identify the Clearspan administration levels
- Create administrators at the various levels
- Define new Clearspan Groups
- Configure Group and User Service
- Define and administer new Service Packs
- Define group New User Service templates
- Define new end-user devices
- Configure and administer Voice Portals
- Configure and administer Voice Mail service
- Configure and administer Auto Attendants
- Provision the following services:
- Hunt Groups
- Music on Hold
- Instant Group Call
- Hunt Group
- Clearspan Assistant
- Clearspan Receptionist
- Describe basic information about the AudioCodes TDM Gateway appliance
- Describe basic information about the Edgewater/Edgemark appliance

| Course Contents |
This course is designed to introduce students to the administration and provisioning of the Clearspan
system. Students will demonstrate a knowledge of the Clearspan administration hierarchy, services allowance, and the process of adding new users to the system.

Students will use pre-configured PC’s and SIP telephone devices to configure and test all course
exercises.
