• New phone users with one of the following three series of phones 675xi, 673xi, or DECT phones that want learn how to setup and use the features and functionality of their phone. $250.00

Objectives
At the end of this course, the student will have seen a demonstration on:
  • Hardware overview, which includes the button layout and specifications for each phone
  • Options menu setting (Preferences)
  • How to select a Ring tone, adjust the LCD display, adjust the volume control for the Ringer, Speaker phone and Headset
  • The phone User Password
  • Line and Call control keys
  • Softkey and Hardkey functionality such as; Voice Mail, Call Forward, DND, Mute, Hold, Callers List, Transfer a Call, Conference Call, XML and Group Paging.
Course Contents
This WVT introduces students to the terminology, concepts, setup, and use of the 675xi series, 673xi series and the SIP DECT phones. This course is designed as a two part lesson. The first lesson is a hardware overview that covers the Softkey and/or Hardkey functionality and the specifications for the user’s specific phone (e.g. 6731i, 6739i, 6753i, 6755i, 6757i, 6757iCT phone). The second module that ALL USERS should take is titled “User Training and Features” This lesson demonstrates commonly used features and functionalities for all of the phones.

The overall course - Clearspan SIP Telephone Training consists of 4 modules, however each user will only need to take 2 of the modules.
  1. Each phone user will take ONLY the training that applies to their specific phone:
    • Hardware Overview – 675xi series (6753i, 6755i, 6757i, 6757iCT)
    • Hardware Overview – 673xi series (6730i, 6731i, 6739i)
    • Hardware Overview – DECT series (610d, 620d, 630d, 142, MBU400)
  2. Everyone will take:
    • User Training and Features

Student must have access to:
  • PC with Internet connection (DSL or better)
  • PC w/ Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 or NT4 with Service Pack 6 or better
  • Speakers or headphones
