  • Define the function of the Application Server
  • Define the SIP Registration process
  • Define the function of the Network Server
  • Define the function of the AudioCodes Mediant 2000 Trunk Gateway
  • Define the function of the AudioCodes MP-114 Line Gateway
  • Be familiar with the call flow processes and the components used to make internal and external calls
  • Define the function of the Media Server
  • Be familiar with the Music On Hold call flow process
  • Define the function of the SIP Session Manager Server
  • Define the function of the Conference Server
  • Define the function of the Web Server
  • Define the function of the Edgewater Networks EdgeMarc 4508-T4W and EdgeMarc 5300LF
Course Contents
This WBT introduces students to the terminology and concepts used in the Clearspan solution. The contents provide a step-by-step approach, covering each component and its function. Throughout the WBT are interactive, animated lessons describing how Clearspan components work together to process various call flow examples (e.g., internal, external, incoming, etc.). There are review question throughout the WBT to reinforce the student’s learning and verify their understanding.
