| Objectives |
At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Login to the Clearspan Communicator application
- Use the Home tab to make audio and video calls
- View the User, Application, and Media settings
- View Call Logs (Missed, Received and Outgoing)
- Use the application for call handling; such as Make, Answer and Transfer calls
- Check for Software Updates to the application
- Click on the Help menu to get additional information about the application
- Use the Contacts tab to access Outlook and Company or Enterprise contacts
- Use the Quick Search Contact feature
- Add and Delete a Contact
- Use the Active Calls tab to view all active call information; such as the Call Status icon, the Call Name, Phone number or extension,
Video On/Off button, if video is used and call handling buttons (Hold, Transfer, Conference and Hang-up)

| Course Contents |
| This WVT will introduce students to the terminology, dialogs and icons used in the Clearspan
Communicator audio/video softphone. This course takes a step-by-step approach covering each component and its function. Student will watch demonstrations
of the functionality of each features and option in the Toolbar menus, Home, Contacts, Call logs and Actives Calls tabs. |
