| Overview |
This training includes:
- Introduction and overview of the NOW attendant console and its functionality.
- How to operate the NOW console, call handling, directory searches and Quick Info.
NOW is a platform independent attendant console that today supports most of the leading PBXs on the market including PBXs from Aastra. Alcatel, Avaya,
Cisco, Nortel, Philips, Siemens and Cisco Unified Communication Manager. The multi PBX vendor support also means that the NOW client supports
configurations with different PBX brands connected to one single CMG system. NOW supports solutions for enterprise owned PBX solutions as well as for
Hosted/Managed environments.
This training is focused on the NOW attendant console integrated with an Aastra MD110/MX-One.
