Our mission is to provide internal and external customers with quality technical training that will provide the technical skills and knowledge to install, maintain and administer the Aastra USA products.

Aastra USA training programs offer:

Aastra's Technical Training Center
The Training Center is designed to provide an optimum learning environment for our students. The three large classrooms are equipped with ergonomically designed chairs and tables, as well as flat screen monitors. We look forward to seeing you in one of our upcoming classes!

Aastra partners with “The SIP School”
The SIP School and the SSCA certification is recognized by many leading companies and organizations in the Telecommunications industry. Support from these organizations is what makes the SSCA® the standard qualification for SIP and VoIP professionals around the world today.

Registration, Confirmation, and Cancellation
All students must complete the registration form and submit payment authorization information for registration to be complete. Walk-in students are not accepted. Aastra cannot guarantee student enrollment until payment or a purchase order number is received. A confirmation email is sent to verify registration. Class enrollment is confirmed by receipt of the confirmation email. If a course is canceled, we make every effort to notify students a minimum of 10 - 14 working days prior to the scheduled starting date.
